Book Your Next Shoot
Cancellations + Rush + Travel fees
Cancellations that occur within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot time will result in a $40 cancellation fee. An extra $70 will be added for cancellations that occur within 4 hours of the scheduled shoot.
Photos needing to be delivered on within 12-24 hours will be charged a $40 rush fee.
Travel fees will automatically be added to any properties that are over 25 miles away, OR add up to over 55 minutes of drive time round trip from our place of business.
COPYRIGHT & USAGE
Real Estate Agents are granted temporary usage rights and are to be used until the property is sold, rented or otherwise goes off the market. If you need to reuse images for more than a single one-time listing, you will need to purchase permanent usage rights.
All media services are non-transferable and may not be sold, given away, or bartered. The client who pays for the images is the sole owner of the images until the property is sold, rented or otherwise goes off the market. For example, realtors may not share photos of the property photographed with stagers, builders, designers, etc.
Copyright infringement is a serious issue for our business. Any parties who use our images without permission or legitimate payment will be issued a Cease and Desist.
