NON-EXCLUSIVE permanent usage rights:
These packages include the permanent usage rights to the materials being created. That means you can use the images however you would like to do so, in perpetuity. You may use our images & videos on/in websites, magazine ads, billboards, blogs, promotional products, etc. You’re all set and good-to-go with permanent usage rights. Permanent usage rights are just that — the ability to use the images however you want.
All media still holds our copyright ownership and rights; You cannot sell, transfer, or give away the media to anyone else. All media services are non-transferable and may not be sold, given away, or bartered. The client who pays for the images is the sole owner of the images until the property is sold, rented or otherwise goes off the market. For example, builders may not share photos of the property photographed with stagers, realtors, designers, etc.
Each client who pays for permanent usage rights is given permission to use the media for their marketing only.
Copyright infringement is a serious issue for our business. Any parties who use our images without permission or legitimate payment will be issued a Cease and Desist.
